Director of the Super Handball League, dr. Vojislav Andric, acting in terms of the provisions of Article 30, section 1 and Article 5, section 2 of the Regulations on handball competitions of the Serbian Handball Federation, and Article 11, section 6 and Article 9, section 1 of the Rules of the Super Handball League for the period 2008/09 passes the following:
DECISION
On 7 November 2008, the team of ZRK “Radnicki NIS Petrol” from Belgrade ceased to be member of the Super Handball League, because it intentionally renounced from competing in the Super Handball League for women.
Pursuant to Article 9, section 1 of the Rules of the Super Handball League for the period 2008/09, all results achieved in competitions so far by the ZRK “Radnicki NIS Petrol” shall be disregarded.
Pursuant to Article 5 of the Regulations on handball competitions and Article 9, section 2, the team of ZRK “Radnicki NIS Petrol” is no longer member of the Super Handball League for women and shall compete, in the next season, in a two-level lower competition.
